• Entwicklung maßgeschneiderter Coaching-Ansätze für unterschiedliche Teamreifegrade
• Begleitung von Change-Management-Initiativen

• Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
• Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Agile Coach, Scrum Master oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle
• Tiefes Verständnis agiler Prinzipien und Frameworks wie Scrum, Kanban, SAFe und LeSS
• Erfahrung in der Moderation von Workshops sowie im Konfliktmanagement
• Kenntnisse in Tools wie Jira, Confluence oder Miro von Vorteil
• Hohe Kommunikations- und Empathiefähigkeit
