Job description
The role is based in Madrid or Barcelona in a hybrid work model, combining remote days with on-site collaboration to create meaningful synergies with your team. It is essential to reside in Spain and have a valid work permit. This position requires up to 50% travel to client sites.
Design and implement enterprise-ready AI agents and orchestrated workflows using cloud-native architectures. Develop abstraction layers for multi-provider AI platforms (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google Vertex AI) ensuring seamless integration. Build and deploy containerized microservices and serverless components leveraging Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD pipelines. Collaborate with clients in workshops and POCs to align technical solutions with business objectives

- Apply Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Helm) and monitoring tools for production deployments.
- Prototype innovative AI-native systems blending technical rigor with human-centered design.
- Define evaluation metrics and implement test harnesses for accuracy, latency, and cost optimization.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Terraform?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * 3-5 years of experience in cloud-native engineering (APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless).
- Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or C#; familiarity with logging, monitoring, and observability frameworks.
- Expertise in AI platforms and orchestration frameworks; experience with RAG and context engineering.
- Excellent communication skills to lead design sessions and manage stakeholder alignment.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; AI certifications are a plus.
