• Collaboration: Cross-functional (Design, Creative, AI, Engineering), As an HTML5 Game Developer, you will:
• Develop high-quality HTML5 games and playable ads using Phaser, Three.js, PlayCanvas, and other modern frameworks.
• Collaborate with designers and creatives to transform 2D and 3D concepts into fully functional interactive experiences.
• Optimize game assets and mechanics to ensure smooth performance on a wide range of devices and environments.
• Innovate and refine interactive features to increase player engagement and improve ad performance.
• Work with cross-functional teams to meet technical requirements and deliver projects on time.

To excel in this role, you should have:

• 3+ years of professional experience in game development, particularly HTML5 games or playable ads.
• Strong proficiency in 2D and 3D game development.
• Hands-on experience with Phaser, Three.js, PlayCanvas, or similar tools.
• A passion for creating interactive experiences that resonate with players and advertisers.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, remote team environment.
