Senior Software Engineer

This senior role expects experience and strong opinions. You'll have a voice, autonomy, and room to grow, though you won't be the main driver of most projects.

We're looking for specialists with expertise in any of the following areas:

• Front-end (SPAs with JS/TS)
• Data modelling & DB performance
• Kubernetes operations
• Algorithmic & statistical skills
• ETL workloads

Daily Focus

Coding, collaborating, and delivering impactful solutions-owning the full lifecycle beyond deployment. Tech Stack

• Python or JS/TS on the back-end, using async frameworks and tooling.
• Vue and Nuxt for front-ends.
• Running on GKE.
• MongoDB, PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch.
• Github, Github Actions, Redis, RabbitMQ and other usual suspects.

• A pleasant person: no bigotry or toxic behaviour.
• At least 7 years of experience in a Software Engineering role.
• Autonomous coder: confident in delivering without constant oversight.
• Proficient with standard collaboration tools (git, GitHub PRs, etc.).
• Good communicator able to express problems, solutions and trade-offs.
• Analytical thinker who prioritises what matters.
• Experience with both legacy and greenfield code.
• Ownership of problems.
• Wealth-management knowledge (investments, currencies, crypto) is a plus.
• Lives in Spain, close enough to Barcelona to commute once a month on own means.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Tech-savvy, familiar with our stack or similar.
