Job description
- Design and develop ServiceNow applications, modules, workflows, and UI components.
- Configure business rules, client scripts, UI actions, script includes, workflow activities, and ACLs.
- Build and enhance catalog items, request workflows, and automation processes.
- Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID servers, and IntegrationHub.
- Support platform upgrades, patching, and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize CMDB structure, data models, and relationships.
- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues, ensuring long-term stability and compliance with security standards.
Requirements
We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to support configuration, customization, and development across the platform. This role requires strong technical ability, deep understanding of ServiceNow best practices, and experience working with enterprise-scale environments., * Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer in medium to large enterprise environments.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, design principles, and platform capabilities.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM, CMDB
- Experience with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Ability to write clear technical documentation and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Active NATO Secret Clearance is required. Candidates without this clearance cannot be considered.
Certifications (Required)
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)
