Technical Team Lead - Full-Stack (React / Node.js) - Madrid (Hybrid) We are looking for an experienced Technical Team Lead who can guide a team of 5-7 engineers while remaining hands-on in development. You'll work on a modern cloud platform that helps global companies meet sustainability, reporting, and compliance standards - including key regulations like: German Supply Chain Due Diligence Act (LkSG) Whistleblower protection requirements EU Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive (CSDDD) This platform is designed for large-scale, enterprise use - built to run serverless, with no concerns around infrastructure, scaling, or failover. Your leadership and technical decisions will directly shape how the platform evolves. The role is based in Madrid , with a hybrid schedule (3 days on-site) . Responsibilities: Lead the team by example - writing clean, scalable code and reviewing contributions Define technical best practices and own key architectural decisions Run agile
