- Translate business strategy into architectural principles, target landscapes, and clear roadmaps.
- Ensure architectural governance by defining standards and monitoring compliance across projects and cloud solutions.
- Embed EAM into IT strategy, demand management and portfolio processes.
- Drive the simplification of the global IT landscape and identify consolidation and innovation opportunities.
- Develop business capability maps, data landscapes and architecture blueprints.
- Lead the Integration Team, define the integration strategy, and secure successful integration projects.
- Manage the group-wide technology portfolio, evaluate emerging technologies and address risks and lifecycle needs.
- Collaborate closely with business, IT, GPOs and C-level stakeholders, acting as a translator and change agent.
- Review solution designs for architectural fit and maintain transparency using LeanIX.
Requirements
Do you have experience in TOGAF?, * Strong strategic thinking and understanding of FMCG business models, capabilities, processes and data landscapes
- Ability to translate business needs into target architectures and transformation roadmaps
- Broad knowledge of cloud and hybrid architectures, integration patterns, data platforms, analytics, AI and APIs
- Good understanding of IT security, data protection and compliance
- Experience with EAM, IT governance, IT strategy, portfolio management and transformation programs
- Familiarity with frameworks such as TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, BPM and with modeling of capabilities, processes, data and architectures
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, storytelling and change management skills up to C-level
- Empathy, leadership ability and the capacity to align diverse teams
- Fluent English; German or Spanish is a plus
- Experience with LeanIX, Signavio, SAP S/4HANA and MS Office 365
