4 days ago Be among the first 25 applicants We are building a new technology platform that will transform how people create and young kids consume interactive media & games. This is not a research project, you won't be "supporting" a roadmap you will be building it. This is a minimum six-month fixed-term role with real ownership and space to make a big impact. We're a small, nimble, mission-driven team in Barcelona, working hybrid but coming together in the office for the good stuff, jamming, prototyping, and unlocking breakthroughs side by side. You'll help in: * Building the agent-driven platform that supports game mechanics, interactive content creation, and Unity workflows * Developing AI-native gameplay systems that integrate seamlessly with genAI models and tools * Prototyping full-stack AI systems across backend
Requirements
frontend, DCC tools, and Unity, including systems for AI-assisted creation, editing, and deployment * Optimising prompts, model inputs, and data flows to improve consistency, quality, and reliability of AI outputs * Integrating AI-generated assets, behaviours, animation, rigging, and skinning into Unity while ensuring performance and gameplay architecture alignment * Architecting automated, scalable pipelines that remove manual steps, accelerate iteration, and connect backend AI services with Unity tools and production teams * Collaborating with engineers, artists, technical directors, and learning designers to shape workflows, production efficiencies, and AI-enabled tooling decisions If you love building AI game agents and intelligent pipelines from scratch, this role is for you.
