Senior Full-Stack Developer React / Node.js

We're looking for a skilled Senior Full-Stack Developer to help build and improve a modern cloud platform used by companies worldwide to manage sustainability and compliance. Your work will support important areas such as:

• Supply chain transparency and human-rights compliance
• Whistleblower reporting and protection
• New EU sustainability requirements

You'll develop high-performance applications without worrying about infrastructure or scaling - the platform handles it all. You'll work with an international team and contribute to a product used by leading global organizations.

This role is based in Madrid , with a hybrid schedule (3 days in office + 2 remote) .

What You'll Do

• Build and improve full-stack features (React + Node.js)
• Create software that automates complex compliance workflows
• Work in small agile squads (5-7 people) with Product & Design
• Write high-quality, well-tested, secure code
• Design and review architecture decisions for web applications
• Suggest improvements and new approaches
• Support and mentor junior developers

• Strong experience with React, Node.js, JavaScript, TypeScript
• Experience with APIs (REST, GraphQL, etc.)
• Familiarity with Git and collaborative development
• Product thinking - you care about usability and real outcomes
• Comfortable working in agile teams
• Fluent English (C1) - Spanish is a plus
