Infrastructure Engineer

We are looking for a Systems Administrator (HVD Infrastructure) to join our team for a multinational leader in the technology sector. ? Key Responsibilities: * Monitor, operate, and perform health checks on HVD infrastructure. * Lifecycle management operations: new builds, templates, security patches, upgrades. * Configuration and support of HVD backend and endpoints (Zero Client Console, Zero/Thin Clients firmware and configuration). * Provide services from the HVD Service Catalogue within agreed SLAs (+10,000 users). * Participate in Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity

exercises. * Support data center infrastructure migrations and replacements. * Work jointly with the L3 Engineering team on the Continuous Improvement Plan (CIP) . * Produce regular reports showing infrastructure health and compliance. * Collaborate with other operational teams in migrations to the HVD environment. ? Skills: Essential: * 3-5 years' experience in similar infrastructure environments (10k+ users). * Advanced PowerShell and VBScript automation skills. * Strong knowledge of Citrix XenDesktop and virtualization technologies. * Hands-on experience with Active Directory , GPO , SCCM , and Windows OS . * Experience working under ITSM / ITIL frameworks. * Fluent English (minimum B2 level). Desirable: * Experience with monitoring and reporting tools (SQL, WMI). * ITIL Foundation certification. * Team-oriented mindset and excellent interpersonal skills. ? Job Conditions & Benefits: * ?
