Job description
The ESC is currently looking for a Business and Market Intelligence Coordinator for a permanent contract, CDI, as soon as possible to work at its headquarters in Sophia Antipolis, France.
Major duties and responsibilities: To coordinate and structure the ESC's business and market intelligence activities, developing dashboards, ensuring that data, insights, and performance indicators are consistent, reliable, and actionable across the organisation.
The Business and Market Intelligence Coordinator delivers transversal analyses that combine market research, performance data, and competitive intelligence to identify opportunities, monitor trends, and guide strategic and marketing decisions across all ESC business units. This role is also the key reference point for audience understanding and segmentation.
In details:
· Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to provide a comprehensive understanding of ESC activities, evaluate their impact, and deliver insights that inform strategic and marketing decisions.
· Act as the custodian of audience knowledge, leading a unified, data-driven approach to understanding and segmenting users and target audiences across all ESC initiatives.
· Conduct market analysis, including competitor intelligence and research, to gain a clear view of the wider environment in which ESC operates.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Microsoft PowerPoint?, Do you have a Master's degree?, · Master degree in Marketing, economics, data analytics, statistics, business intelligence, or related field
· 6-8 years experience in in market intelligence, insights, or analytics (ideally in healthcare, education, or non-profit sectors)
· Fluent English (written and spoken) required
· Excel proficiency required
· Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics 4, Google Data Studio, SalesForce, Qlik, Powerpoint
· Comfortable working with large datasets from multiple sources
· Knowledge of Survey Monkey and quantitative survey building considered a plus
· Curious about market trends, innovation, and user behaviour
· Strong analytical skills with ability to connect quantitative and qualitative evidence.
· Strong synthesis and storytelling skills - able to transform data into business recommendations
