Job description

Work across front- and back-end (Angular v18+, C# .NET Core 8+, SQL)
Dive deep into domain logic and existing systems
Contribute to architectural decisions and technical direction
Drive peer code reviews, mentorship, and knowledge sharing
Partner with Product, QA, and UX to ship valuable features fast
Prepare to lead a new team technically within 6-12 months

Requirements

You will be hands-on across the full-stack - Angular (v18+) & .NET Core 8, owning complex features and gradually becoming a go-to technical authority. You will be instrumental in understanding our domain (accountancy for the real estate market) and codebase and in preparing for the formation of a second development team where you will take on the Tech Lead role., * 7+ years of hands-on experience in Angular (16/17/18+) and C# .NET Core 8+ (Web API)

Strong grasp of software architecture and design principles
Experience maintaining and extending complex applications
Effective communicator, mentor and team collaborator

Nice-to-have:

Experience in fintech or accounting software development
Familiarity with financial systems, APIs, or compliance-related workflows is a plus
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with CQRS patterns and established software architecture practices
Previous tech-lead, team-lead or mentoring experience
A2 level Dutch
