Job description

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to enhance our infrastructure automation, deployment pipelines, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will bridge development and operations, implementing practices that accelerate delivery while maintaining system reliability and security. You will design and maintain CI/CD pipelines, manage cloud infrastructure, and champion DevOps culture across engineering teams., * Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or CircleCI.

  • Manage and optimise cloud infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, CloudFormation).
  • Implement containerisation and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes for scalable application deployment.
  • Monitor system performance, availability, and security, implementing proactive alerting and incident response procedures.
  • Automate infrastructure provisioning, configuration management, and deployment processes to improve efficiency and consistency.
  • Collaborate with development teams to optimise application performance, scalability, and reliability.
  • Implement and maintain logging, monitoring, and observability solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Datadog).
  • Ensure security best practices across infrastructure, implementing vulnerability scanning and compliance controls.
  • Participate in on-call rotation, responding to incidents and conducting post-mortem analyses for continuous improvement.
  • Drive DevOps culture, promoting automation, collaboration, and continuous improvement across teams.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, * 3-5 years of experience in DevOps, Site Reliability Engineering, or infrastructure automation roles.

  • Strong proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and core services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.).
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, Ansible, or CloudFormation.
  • Solid understanding of containerisation (Docker) and orchestration platforms (Kubernetes, ECS, or similar).
  • Experience building and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.
  • Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, Bash, PowerShell) for automation and tooling.
  • Strong knowledge of networking concepts, security best practices, and system administration (Linux/Unix).
  • Experience with monitoring and logging solutions (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Splunk, or Datadog).
  • Understanding of version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with systematic approach to troubleshooting complex systems.
  • Strong communication skills with ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
