Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, * Strong configuration and customisation experience with Dynamics 365 CE (ideally Customer Service)

  • Ability to build custom plugins using C#, workflows, and actions
  • Advanced Power Automate (Cloud Flows) skills at scale
  • Strong enterprise-level Canvas App development experience
  • Good front-end development skills: TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, CSS
  • Clear, confident communicator who can engage customers at all levels
  • Experience working in distributed development teams, including:
  • Source control (ADO / Git)
  • CI/CD practices
  • Relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., PL-200, MB-230, PL-100), * Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable working autonomously
  • High attention to detail and pride in quality
  • Able to collaborate effectively with remote/offshore teams
  • Flexible and able to deliver to tight deadlines when needed, * Please describe your experience with configuring and customising Dynamics 365 CE?
  • How comfortable are you developing C# plugins for Dynamics?
  • Have you built enterprise-level Canvas Apps?
  • Which front-end technologies have you used?
  • Do you have hands-on experience with Git or Azure DevOps for source control and CI/CD?

Experience:

  • Dynamics 365 CE or other CRM platforms: 3 years (required)

Location: Hybrid - Home-based 3 days per week, with on-site work in Swansea (Wed/Thurs every other week, expenses paid), We trust you to work where and when you do your best work. Most of our teams split their time between home, customer sites, and the office.
