Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a full-stack developer with strong modern JavaScript skills to help build, maintain, and expand the internal platforms that run our business.

You will:

• Build new features for our internal tools
• Improve UI/UX for operational workflows
• Develop backend logic, automation, and data flows
• Integrate external services and APIs
• Work closely with operational teams to understand real-world needs
• Contribute to technical architecture as we scale

This is a hands-on, high-impact role where your work will be used across the business every single day.

What You'll Be Doing

• Designing and building front-end interfaces
• Developing backend functionality and internal APIs
• Working with real-time databases
• Improving system reliability, speed, and maintainability
• Supporting live operations with quick iteration cycles
• Helping shape the direction of the Tech Division as it grows

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, We're looking for someone with strong capability in:

• Modern JavaScript & TypeScript
• Front-end frameworks (e.g., React or equivalent)
• Backend development in Node.js
• Working with cloud-based databases
• API development & integration
• Git/version control
• Solid debugging and problem-solving skills, * Thrive in an in-person, collaborative environment
• Comfortable taking ownership and solving problems independently
• Happy working in a fast-paced setting with quick iteration
• Want to be part of a small but growing tech team
