Senior Network Solutions Architect

We're looking for a Senior Solutions Architect to join our Technical Support Team, where you'll lead the design and architecture of complex network and cloud solutions across enterprise environments. This role is hands-on, influential, and highly collaborative - you'll work closely with engineering, security, service management and external partners to deliver robust, secure, and scalable technology outcomes.

What you'll be doing:

• Leading the production of secure and resilient network and cloud designs across connectivity, capacity, performance, recovery, and access.
• Producing high- and low-level design documentation, build guides and implementation instructions.
• Presenting designs to technical authorities and architecture review boards for approval.
• Aligning solutions to industry best practice frameworks such as CIS Controls, NIST and secure-by-design principles.
• Overseeing Network Engineers during implementation and ensuring solutions are delivered to specification.
• Troubleshooting and collaborating with third-party suppliers and service providers.
• Acting as a domain expert across current and emerging networking and cloud technologies.

What you'll bring:

• Hands-on experience with Cisco, Meraki, Palo Alto (PANS) and firewall / security services.
• Proven Cloud Infrastructure experience (AWS and Azure).
• Strong knowledge of Azure networking including Virtual WAN, firewalling, load balancing and application gateways.
• Experience across Microsoft 365 and Microsoft on-premise technologies such as Azure Active Directory, Role Based Access Control or Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol.
• Solid understanding of secure network design principles.
• Experience working collaboratively across multidisciplinary delivery and operations teams.
