Job description

As UX/UI Designer, you'll be central to shaping user-centred digital experiences. You'll work across the full design lifecycle with a focus on prototyping, UI design, and delivery. You'll collaborate with clients, developers and strategists to understand user needs and translate insights into intuitive, elegant interfaces. With experience across User Experience Design, you'll map user journeys and design wireframes and prototypes across websites, apps, and digital products. You'll design branded visuals and contribute to design systems that scale across platforms. You'll be joining a small, close-knit design team, so will be comfortable wearing many hats and occasionally supporting with logo design, branding, and digital design. You'll be part of a team that values openness, inclusion and continual learning.

Requirements

  • Proven experience applying user-centred design principles.
  • Strong UX design skills including wireframing, prototyping and journey mapping.
  • Background in graphic/visual design, and understanding of creative design principles.
  • Experience working in Agile environments.
  • Ability to balance user needs with business and stakeholder goals.
  • Comfortable working across branding and UI.
  • Experience with tools like Figma, Miro or similar.
  • Bonus: experience with CRO, A/B testing, or working with data and trends.
  • Bonus: experience across health tech, gaming, or content design.
