Software Developer

We're looking for a driven Software Developer to join our Development Team and help

build, maintain, and scale the OPN platform across web, mobile, and backend

infrastructure. You'll work closely with our Software Lead and product team to deliver

features that directly impact athletes, coaches, and staff in elite environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern, scalable web applications

• Deliver new features across both front-end and back-end systems

• Collaborate with team members to plan, architect, and implement solutions

• Write clean, maintainable code and participate in regular code reviews

• Improve system performance, reliability, and security

• Contribute to mobile development workflows where required

Do you have experience in Trello?, * 3+ years' experience in software development

• Experience with: Laravel, MySQL, JavaScript, Git, AWS, Firebase

• Strong understanding of modern software development principlesNice to Have:

• Experience with Flutter / Dart

• Familiarity with Trello

• Startup or product-focused experience
