Job description
- Supporting the development and maintenance of our WMS products Provide guidance
- Feedback and coaching and developmental experiences to project team members
- Resolve project issues in a timely manner
- Provide regular project communication and status reports
- Creating and maintaining documentation, including work instructions, configuration items, and best practices
- Follow established policies and procedures, and best-practices, determine and recommend potential enhancement and / or improvements
- Developing and managing direct relationships with key stakeholders and subject matter experts to ensure business solutions are aligned and meeting standards
- Serve as a catalyst between the business and IT divisions for development of functional specifications through Blue Yonder WMS Dispatcher Solution Assist WMS Architect with key design decisions and strategy development
Requirements

Excellent Communication skills including effective listening and written communication skills
Experience in logistics and supply chain where a detailed knowledge of warehousing has been obtained
Experience in leading / supporting IT Infrastructure, warehousing setup and supplier managements
Experience of leading / delivering large projects
Application Configuration of the Blue Yonder (JDA Dispatcher) Product of two or more versions
Advanced PL / SQL Knowledge
Advanced SQL
Oracle Database Performance Troubleshooting
Shell Scripting, iReports, Linux Operating System, Cloud Console Management such as AWS or Azure
