SAP Business Analyst - SD/CS

We are seeking an experienced SAP Business Analyst - SD/CS to support various strategic SAP initiatives for public entities in Ghent, including the City of Ghent, OCMW Ghent, the local police department, the Centre emergency response zone, and associated organizations. The consultant will contribute to analysis, configuration, decision-making, and functional enhancements across multiple SAP programs.

Key Projects & Responsibilities

The selected consultant will be involved in:

• Product Management - SAP Functional Module Support (FMO) for Sales & Invoicing (SD/CS)
• S/4HANA Program - Fiori Phase 2 Implementation
• Implementation of a Payment Platform
• Finance Transition Workstream - Invoicing
• Logistics Housing POD - Internal Invoicing

Do you have experience in UML?, * Proven experience as an Analyst and Configurator in SAP SD (Sales & Invoicing) within an S/4HANA environment

• Minimum 5 years of demonstrated experience as a Functional Analyst with business-critical applications
• Strong ability to analyze customer/user requirements and optimize business processes using SAP SD and CS
• Hands-on experience with technical environments relevant to SAP projects
• Native-level Dutch proficiency (CEFR Level C2)

Preferred Skills (Should-Have)

• Experience as an Analyst and Configurator in SAP CS (Customer Service/Invoicing) within S/4HANA
• Experience analyzing and documenting business processes within the domain of Receipts (Ontvangsten)
• Knowledge of S/4 Fiori, including setup/configuration of Spaces & Pages and Fiori authorization concepts
• Practical experience with SAP Debugging
• Experience with integration analysis related to IDoc, Business APIs, Integration Suite, etc.
• Experience with preliminary BI reporting analyses and linkage
• Familiarity with requirement gathering and design concepts for OO, multi-tier, web-enabled, and UML environments
• Strong functional and technical understanding of OTC (Order-to-Cash) processes with linkage to other SAP modules (FI/CO/FM, MM, PM, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SAP ABAP
• Understanding of data and process modeling techniques/tools
