Tasks

• Lead a team in Switzerland and provide guidance in France and Germany.
• Oversee IT risk analysis and planning processes across divisions.
• Plan and execute IT audits and report findings globally., * You lead a team in Switzerland both professionally and personally. In addition, you lead employees in France and Germany on a professional level
• You bear overall responsibility for the IT risk analysis and planning process, including the analysis and assessment of IT risks in the divisions and at the group level
• You are responsible for planning, conducting, and reporting IT system and application audits and integrated IT and business audits (including project-related activities) according to Global Internal Audit and ISACA standards in Switzerland/international locations
• You identify, assess, and communicate technical vulnerabilities with improvement potential in IT risk management and develop technically sound, sustainable solution approaches
• You further develop the audit strategy with a focus on automation and innovation of audit processes, risk monitoring, data analytics (e.g., data extraction, visualization, process mining), and artificial intelligence
• You take care of building and maintaining strong collaboration with internal stakeholders, especially with the IT departments, * Market-oriented base salary

• Degree in Computer Science with relevant certifications like CISA or CISM.
• Strong technical expertise in IT security and risk management.
• Excellent analytical skills and ability to communicate complex ideas., * You have a completed degree (university/FH) in computer science supplemented by relevant further training (e.g., CISA, CISM, CIA)
• You have several years of leadership experience in internal or external IT auditing. Professional experience in applied computer science or IT risk management is a valuable advantage
• You bring pronounced technical expertise and profound understanding of system and application security, IT general controls, cybersecurity, cloud computing platforms, outsourcing, as well as related regulatory requirements and standards (e.g., COBIT, NIST, ISAE/SOC, CIS Controls, DORA)
• You have strong analytical and conceptual skills with quick comprehension and high quality awareness
• You possess high social competence, teamwork skills, assertiveness, and the ability to communicate complex technical content understandably
• You are willing to travel (approx. 10%)
• You have very good knowledge of German, English, and French
