Job description
You will part of architecture team in TecAlliance and report to the Chief Enterprise Architect. In addition you will be embedded in the Information Management business unit - a team of roughly 50 experts who design, develop, and operate the applications and tools powering the TecAlliance data backbone. You will play a key role in defining future-proof architectures and guiding technical evolution.
As a System Architect (m/f/d) in the business unit information management, you will collaborate closely with your peer System Architects from other business units to ensure a unified architectural direction across TecAlliance.
The IT teams in TecAlliance innovate by being cloud-first, serverless-first, and incorporating AI driven tools for coding, architecting and documentation. The IT architecture function in TecAlliance follows a modern collaborative approach free from ivory tower attitude., * Balance business, technical, and security requirements while considering time and cost constraints.
- Design data-driven platforms and applications with a strong focus on scalability, resilience, and maintainability.
- Translate business needs into actionable technical requirements and system designs.
- Bridge business and technology, ensuring architectural decisions support strategic goals.
- Foster knowledge sharing within the Information Management unit and your peer system architects.
- Contribute to planning and evolving the application and technology landscape of the Information Management unit.
- Consult, coach, and mentor team members on architectural and technical topics.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Scalability?, * 3+ years of experience with AWS, including designing of serverless systems.
- 3+ years of experience in a System Architect or Solution Architect role.
- Strong consulting skills, with the ability to guide stakeholders and development teams effectively.
- Hands-on experience with data-driven architectures such as data mesh, lakehouse architectures, and metadata management.
- Openness for applying AI tooling to architecting, coding, and documenting
- Solid understanding of data quality, data catalog, data observability, and data lineage principles
- English communication skills (spoken and written).
