Java/React.js Full Stack Developer (Middle/Senior) ID34519

• Drive product development of the Records Management System (RMS) and related sub-products, focusing on enhancing usability, quality, and feature set;
• Collaborate with Product Management to understand requirements, create estimates, plan sprints, and meet delivery timelines;
• Develop a clean, reusable client integration system following secure cloud software best practices;
• Contribute to technical documentation and automated build and deployment processes designed to increase engineer efficiency.

• Proven experience of technical end-to-end product ownership and ability to meet deadlines;
• 3+ years of experience as a Frontend Web Developer (React);
• 3+ years of experience as a Back End Developer (Java);
• High level of proficiency in Typescript;
• Proficiency in contemporary frontend bundlers, package managers, and build tools;
• Knowledge of or prior experience with microservices architecture;
• Upper-Intermediate English level.

NICE TO HAVES

• Experience building software in the cloud;
• AI assisted development experience, using tools like Windsurf, Cursor or similar.
