Job description

Engineer / Technical Architect - Development & Execution Department.

theleisureway is a multidisciplinary company dedicated to developing and executing international, iconic projects in public and commercial environments. Our work ranges from urban planning and mixed-use/commercial developments to residential, F&B and leisure areas, playgrounds for kids, and any type of creative public space.

We are looking for a new team member (Technical Architect, Industrial Designer, Industrial Engineer or similar) to join our Development & Execution Department.

Main Responsibilities

  • Develop technical and constructive solutions for elements designed by our Creative Department
  • Prepare and review budgets
  • Produce detailed technical drawings
  • Create accurate 3D models
  • Search, negotiate with, supervise and control suppliers
  • Manage project costs and planning
  • Participate in project management and supervise on-site works

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Design Engineering, Technical Architecture, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in design or construction
  • Proactive and autonomous
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Strong deadline and time management

Languages

  • English: B2 level or higher (fluency required)
  • Spanish native or fluent
  • Arabic is a plus
