Job description
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior Engineer (Digital Collaboration) who will take on the following roles and responsibilities:
- Support the determination of NATO Digital Workplace capability requirements;
- Facilitate technical input of capability requirements from stakeholders, challenge requirements constructively and enable effective prioritisation of requirements;
- Translate NATO Digital Workplace capability specifications into solutions for implementation, taking into account best practices and existing design principles;
- Participate in or conduct technical reviews, walkthroughs and audits of existing and future NATO Digital Workplace capabilities.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in a related discipline, * Bachelor's degree at a nationally recognised/certified University in a related discipline and 3 years post-related experience. Or exceptionally, the lack of a university degree may be compensated by the demonstration of a candidate's particular abilities or experience that is/are of interest to NCIA, that is, at least 10 years extensive and progressive expertise in duties related to the function of the post;
- Minimum 3 years' experience designing, implementing, managing, and optimizing end-point management tools and platforms (e.g., Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or similar) across diverse device ecosystems (Windows, iOS);
- Proven expertise in configuring and securing new end-user computing environments, including device provisioning, policy enforcement, application deployment, end-point security and lifecycle management both for on premise and cloud environments;
- Strong experience of troubleshooting and providing end users' support;
- Excellent solving and communication skills;
- Experience in leading small teams;
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
