As a Lead Software Engineer, you will be part of a team that is not just writing code, we are solving real challenges, learning fast, and having fun while doing it. Our IT department has been divided into so-called pillars. We have six product pillars: operations, parts & tyres, buyer, seller, infra and fleetcare. You will work together with innovation (product) teams within one of those pillars. You will work in areas like check-in or logistics, where you co-create solutions based on customer insights. You actively listen, dive into the "why" behind the work, and take full ownership, whether it's a task, a project, or a mistake. You are not afraid to face challenges or ask tough questions, because growth matters, not just for you, but for your team and the entire department. Requirements
Master's degree in Computer Science, * Master's degree in Computer Science;
- 7+ years of hands-on experience with AWS Native technologies;
- A strong track record in writing clean, scalable code (SOLID, TDD, testing frameworks);
- Experience with REST APIs, CI/CD, MySQL/NoSQL, and frontend frameworks.
