Job description

We are seeking a highly motivated Cloud DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team. This is a fully remote role within the UK, suited for professionals with 1 to 10 years of hands-on DevOps and cloud engineering experience. You will play a key part in building, automating, and optimising our cloud infrastructure and CI/CD processes, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance across our platforms., * Design, build, and maintain secure and scalable cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP).

  • Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or Azure DevOps.
  • Automate provisioning, configuration, and deployments using IaC tools (Terraform, CloudFormation, ARM/Bicep).
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance using logging, monitoring, and alerting tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, etc.).
  • Support containerisation and orchestration platforms (Docker, Kubernetes, EKS/AKS/GKE).
  • Collaborate closely with developers, architects, and security teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Ensure cloud environments follow best practices in cost optimisation, reliability, and security.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Terraform?, Required:

  • 1-10 years of experience in Cloud or DevOps engineering or related.
  • Strong experience with at least one major cloud provider: AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
  • Hands-on with CI/CD pipelines and automation.
  • Proficiency in Terraform or other IaC tools.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Scripting knowledge (Python, Bash, PowerShell, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Linux environments and cloud security principles.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Pay: £30,000.00-£90,000.00 per year
