Job description
Provide timely and effective administrative support to the Account Management and Data Analyst Teams. Assist in the delivery of certain scheduled or ad hoc work functions and provide a range of support duties to ensure that all our contract reporting deliverables are met on time and with a high level of accuracy. This role is part of our data & administration team, reporting into our Business Services Manager supporting all aspects of our operational delivery in line with contract requirements.
You will be responsible for managing, securing, and organising data to ensure accuracy and accessibility for users. This involves:
- Designing and setting up databases based on organisational needs.
- Maintaining database integrity and performance, including regular performance tuning troubleshooting.
- Collaborating with various departments to ensure data is captured and stored according to organisational standards.
What you'll do:
- Support the data and administration team to ensure smooth operational delivery.
- Work closely with the Business Services Manager to meet contract requirements.
- Handle administrative tasks and maintain accurate records across systems.
- Assist with reporting, compliance checks, and service coordination.
- Contribute to efficient processes that keep operations running effectively.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, * Proven ability to provide a high standard of support in data management principles, including the ability to implement systems and processes and to pro-actively resolve problems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to liaise with customers and staff at all levels in both written and spoken English
- Demonstrated ability to contribute as a member of a team to achieve positive outcomes and provide quality service to customers
- Demonstrated organisational and time management skills, including the ability to manage competing priorities, monitor and co-ordinate a range of prescribed processes, to achieve tight deadlines and desired outcomes with due regard to accuracy
- Demonstrated experience in computer applications, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher), E-mail and Internet and databases
- Knowledge of Workplace Health and Safety (WH&S) practices and policies including Compliance within FM (L8, F-Gas, Electrical Inspection, COSHH)
