These cookies collect information to help us understand how the site is being used. Vendors Teamtailor Product Engineering · UK wide · Fully Remote, Working closely with engineers, QA and your Product Manager, you'll help shape and deliver the roadmap for our guest experience. You'll bring structure and clarity to what we build, connect delivery to strategy, and use data and insight to guide decisions and measure value. This is a great opportunity to work on meaningful products in a supportive and collaborative environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Turn ideas, requests and goals into clear, actionable problem statements through discovery and user stories that reflect genuine user needs.
  • Work with your Product Manager to maintain a clear connection from strategic intent to delivery, ensuring backlog items serve defined outcomes.
  • Define what success looks like using meaningful metrics and use data to inform scope, validate assumptions and measure results.
  • Keep artefacts such as roadmaps, requirement documents and backlogs transparent, up to date and aligned with the wider product strategy.
  • Partner with engineers and QA to deliver high quality, measurable outcomes each sprint.
  • Communicate clearly and narratively, helping teams and stakeholders understand what we're building and why it matters.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role within an Agile environment.
  • Strong understanding of Agile or Scrum and experience working within cross functional delivery teams.
  • Ability to frame problems effectively and write clear, outcome focused user stories and documentation.
  • Analytical and data driven, with confidence defining and tracking success metrics.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to create shared understanding across technical and non technical teams.
  • A collaborative and curious mindset, with the ability to navigate ambiguity while keeping delivery moving.

It would be great if you also have

  • Experience working on guest facing or customer facing digital products, ideally in travel or e commerce.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools, A/B testing or user feedback loops.
