Requirements

Do you have experience in Marketing?, * Deep understanding of acquisition marketing, customer communication, engagement funnels, and behavioral analytics - ideally in regulated or complex industries

  • Strong knowledge of tracking, attribution, conversion optimization, experimentation, and customer journey orchestration
  • Broad understanding of digital experiences: content strategy, information modeling, design systems, metrics, UI/UX flows, and user behavior
  • Holistic architectural thinking combined with pragmatic, hands-on execution ability.

Leadership

  • Operates independently and proactively - progresses without needing constant alignment
  • Challenges strategy and assumptions constructively and proposes stronger alternatives
  • Sets domain architectural context and guardrails that empower autonomous delivery
  • Skilled at navigating complex interpersonal landscapes with diplomacy and authority

  • Ensure domain roadmaps reflect solid architectural foundations, not short-term hacks
  • Engage deeply with engineering teams to ensure execution aligns with architectural intent
