Team Leader / Project Manager

Context and Role Description As part of a major business digitalization program, we are looking for a senior Project Manager / Team Lead to oversee one of our internal development teams. Joining a department of approximately 90 people, you will manage the transition, refactoring, or greenfield development of new business and technical projects. You will be fully responsible for end-to-end IT delivery within your team of about 14 people (analysts, architects, and developers), from the initial customer request through to the release of the final application. Including maintenance and service management of production applications. Methodology & technologies : Agile / BPMN / Customer Journey / Java Spring / Angular. Your responsibilities will cover all phases of the project lifecycle-from the definition of the mission to the deployment of the developed applications in production. This includes coordinating one or more teams, monitoring all project activities, reporting to the Program Manager and the Department Director, managing escalations, and engaging stakeholders-to ensure on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery. You will also be accountable for organizing, leading, and developing the team, ensuring that staff remain skilled, engaged, and motivated to achieve defined objectives.
