Tasks

• Take ownership of Microsoft 365 end-user services and support.
• Develop a product vision and roadmap for Microsoft 365 use.
• Coordinate new feature implementation and product extensions., In Microsoft Teams, you don't just see video meetings, but create added value by using collaboration possibilities. In SharePoint, you don't just see folders, but recognize structures and processes! Then you are exactly right with us! • IT education and experience with Microsoft 365 platform required.
• Strong communication skills to understand customer needs.
• Experience as a Product Owner or Requirement Engineer essential., You develop a product vision and a roadmap for the use of Microsoft 365

• You communicate the advantages of Microsoft 365 applications and promote their use

• You coordinate work packages for the introduction of new functions and product extensions

Expectations

You bring

• Training as an IT specialist EFZ and further education at FH or HF level

• Several years of experience in supporting the Microsoft 365 platform

• Experience in the role of Product Owner or Requirement Engineer

• Strong communication skills at all levels as well as the ability to understand and implement customer needs
