Product Owner Prototyping

• Own and prioritize the prototype backlog across hardware, software, and system interfaces, ensuring clarity of deliverables and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate closely with technicians, engineers, component POs, software teams, and the system architect to align prototype outcomes
• Apply agile principles to hardware development to enable short learning cycles, continuous integration, and transparent progress
• Coordinate shop-floor prototype builds to drive hands-on learning, fast feedback loops, and meaningful technical-to-business insights
• Remove barriers, challenge assumptions, and push for clarity of purpose to strengthen a build-to-learn culture and accelerate delivery

Do you have experience in Mechanical knowledge?, * Experience as a Product Owner or in a comparable role within hardware or physical product development; ideally in energy systems, batteries, or electromechanics

• Strong understanding of agile principles applied to R&D and prototyping, with a proven track record in iterative product maturation (Prototype MVP MMP)
• Ability to balance short-term delivery with long-term product goals and challenge stagnation through analytical, purpose-driven decisions
• Effective communicator across all hierarchy levels - from shop-floor teams to senior management - with the confidence to challenge assumptions
• Background in electrical or mechanical engineering (or similar), combined with analytical clarity and bold, action-oriented problem-solving
• Fluent in both German and English, ensuring clear communication and alignment in a multilingual environment
