Job description
We are seeking an experienced and innovative Enterprise Architect to lead the digital transformation of our line-of-business operations, including sales, installation, service, and modernization. This role requires a hands-on, "0 to 1" approach-someone who can design, architect, and implement enterprise-level solutions from scratch while aligning with business goals. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business strategy and technology execution, driving end-to-end transformation that enhances customer experiences, optimizes processes, and fosters scalability.
- Digital Transformation Leadership: Design and implement an enterprise architecture strategy to modernize and digitize core business functions, including sales (CRM integration, pipeline automation), installation (workflow orchestration), service (field service optimization), and modernization (legacy system upgrades).
- Hands-On "0 to 1" Development: Take a proactive, roll-up-your-sleeves approach to build systems, frameworks, and processes from the ground up, iterating rapidly to deliver measurable outcomes.
- Business Alignment: Collaborate with stakeholders across sales, operations, and service teams to understand pain points, define requirements, and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
- Technology Roadmap: Develop and maintain a comprehensive architecture roadmap that supports digital initiatives, ensuring flexibility, resilience, and future-proofing.
- Solution Design: Architect end-to-end systems integrating cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, and data ana-lytics to streamline operations and enable real-time decision-making. · Legacy Modernization: Assess existing systems, identify opportunities for modernization, and lead the migra-tion of legacy applications to modern, cloud-native architectures.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with product managers, developers, and business leaders to ensure seamless execution of transformation initiatives.
- Innovation & Best Practices: Stay ahead of industry trends, introducing cutting-edge technologies (e.g., AI, IoT, low-code platforms) to enhance business capabilities.
- Governance & Standards: Establish architectural standards, guidelines, and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, security, and compliance across all digital initiatives
- Prototyping & Validation: Build proofs-of-concept (POCs) and minimum viable products (MVPs) to validate architectural approaches and accelerate time-to-value., * Health and Safety -Highest standards and a wide range of health promotion and healthcare activities

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's preferred but not required).
- Certifications (Preferred): TOGAF, Azure Solutions Architect, or equivalent.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken; Minimum level: C1)
Experience:
- 8+ years in enterprise architecture, solution design, or a related field, with at least 3+ years focused on digital transformation projects.
- Proven track record of leading "0 to 1" initiatives-designing and delivering systems from ideation to production.
- Hands-on experience in line-of-business domains such as sales (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365), in-stallation (e.g., ERP, workflow tools), service (e.g., FSM platforms), and modernization (e.g., cloud migration).
Technical Skills
- Expertise in cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, or equivalent) and modern architectural patterns (e.g., mi-croservices, event-driven design).
- Proficiency in integration technologies (e.g., APIs, ETL, middleware) and data management (e.g., SQL, NoSQL, data lakes).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
- Coding/scripting experience (e.g., Python, Java, or similar) for prototyping or automation is a plus.
