Senior Frontend Technical Lead

• Lead and coordinate the Frontend Guild, setting standards, shared vision, and best practices.

• Define and evolve the global frontend architecture within a monorepo.

• Collaborate with the Platform team to drive:

• modernised design system,

• migrations to public APIs,

• shared boilerplate and foundation,

• structural and performance improvements.

Support product teams in frontend architectural decisions.

Ensure consistency across verticals, avoiding duplication and misalignment.

Contribute to cross-team migration and modernisation initiatives.

• Strong experience leading frontend architecture in scale-ups or complex products.
• Advanced expertise in TypeScript and React.
• Solid background with monorepos (Nx, Turborepo, pnpm workspaces).
• Experience with design systems and component libraries.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence without formal authority.
