Your Role At Capgemini, we are expanding our Data & AI team in Madrid and looking for someone with a strong technical foundation, experience in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and a passion for working closely with the business: understanding real problems, proposing solutions, and seeing them implemented. Key responsibilities: * Design, develop, and industrialize AI use cases (ML/GenAI) on GCP (Vertex AI, BigQuery, Cloud Functions/Run, etc.). * Build and orchestrate data and model pipelines from prototype stage to production environments. * Participate in designing AI architectures

alongside data engineers, cloud architects, and business consultants. * Work hand-in-hand with business teams: understand needs, join workshops, translate functional requirements into technical solutions, and clearly explain results. * Contribute to documentation, best practices, and internal assets (code reuse, frameworks, templates, etc.). * Collaborate in ideation and prioritization activities for use cases, supporting teams in data-driven decision-making. What we're looking for (must-have): * Degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or similar, or equivalent experience. * Around 3-5 years of experience working on AI / Machine Learning / GenAI projects. * Hands-on experience with GCP, especially with several of these services: o Vertex AI (model training and deployment, pipelines, notebooks). o BigQuery / BigQuery ML. o Cloud Storage, Cloud Run / Cloud Functions, Pub/Sub, or other managed services. * Strong knowledge of Python and AI/ML libraries (e.g., scikit-learn, TensorFlow/PyTorch, spaCy, HuggingFace, LangChain, or similar). * Experience working with language model / GenAI APIs (own or third-party) and building small POCs or end-to-end solutions. * Ability to engage with business stakeholders: you enjoy asking questions, understanding context, challenging requirements, and explaining pros/cons of solutions. * Good communication skills in Spanish and B2 or higher level of English (documentation, calls, etc.). * Experience in consulting or projects with frequent interaction with business stakeholders. Nice-to-have: * Experience with other cloud platforms besides GCP (Azure, AWS). * Knowledge of MLOps (CI/CD for models, monitoring, managing models in production). * Participation in communities, publications, or personal AI/GenAI projects (GitHub, Kaggle, etc.).
