Job description

As a Curriculum Support Administrator, you will play a key part in maintaining accurate student records, supporting admissions and timetabling, and assisting with exams and assessments. You will work closely with curriculum teams to deliver efficient processes and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives., * Provide administrative support across curriculum areas, including admissions, timetabling, and student support

  • Maintain accurate student records and ensure data quality
  • Assist with exams and assessments, including booking and invigilation
  • Process DBS checks, purchase orders, and meeting minutes
  • Support internal and external audits and contribute to process improvements

Requirements

We are looking for two highly organised and detail-oriented individuals to join our Curriculum Support team as Curriculum Support Administrators. This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in supporting our curriculum areas and delivering a professional, customer-focused service to students and staff., * Level 2 qualification or higher in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience

  • GCSE English and Maths at grade C/4 or above
  • Experience in an administrative or data-related role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills
