Job description

We're seeking a highly experienced technical leader to join a global product engineering team in a role that involves leading complex architecture, design, and delivery within a high-availability environment, collaborating closely with internal stakeholders and developers worldwide., * Lead design and development of large-scale backend services in Java/J2EE (Spring, Hibernate, REST APIs).

  • Own solution architecture across microservices, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and cloud-native deployments.
  • Oversee development standards, documentation, mentoring, and quality assurance.
  • Engage in GenAI tooling and integration (e.g. GPT, Claude, GitHub Copilot)
  • Ensure high system performance, maintainability, and security across deployments.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in enterprise-level Java development with deep REST API and microservice expertise.
  • Strong experience with databases (PostgreSQL/Oracle), cloud-native practices, and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions).
  • Proven leadership in agile environments and mentoring technical teams.
  • Exposure to monitoring , Kafka, caching and AI technologies is advantageous
