Job description

  • Advise or lead a team of onshore architects and or consultants in the development of proposed solutions

  • Provide recommendation and suggestions to existent clients in Support and Implementation engagements

  • Stakeholder management of senior leadership of our clients

  • Contribute to RFPs responses and associated solutions

  • System Migration: Deploy expertise in the migration from ECC6 IS A&D to S/4HANA Manufacturing or Defence & Security, incorporating their understanding of the changes in the unique data objects these systems contain

  • Implementation and Configuration: Will be involved in end-to-end implementation of IS-Utilities, including gathering business requirements, system design, configuration, testing, and deployment.

  • System Optimization: Analyse existing Aerospace & Defence processes and identify opportunities to optimize efficiency, accuracy, and throughput using S/4HANA Manufacturing or Defence & Security, functionalities.

  • Integration Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between SAP S/4HANA and legacy solutions, demonstrating understanding of the interdependencies and integration with other SAP modules (e.g., FI, CO, SD, EAM etc.).

  • Customization and Development: Customize SAP S/4HANA functionalities through enhancements, custom developments, and interfaces to meet specific business needs.

  • Training and Support: Conduct training sessions for end-users and provide ongoing support to resolve issues, answer queries, and ensure effective utilization of S/4HANA Manufacturing or Defence & Security,

  • Documentation and Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process maps, configuration guides, and reports related to S/4HANA Manufacturing or Defence & Security,.

Requirements

  • S/4HANA Manufacturing or Defence & Security, and ECC6 IS-A&D: You should have an In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience in S/4HANA Manufacturing or Defence & Security, and ECC6 IS-A&D, including configuration, implementation, and support. S/4HANA Manufacturing or Defence & Security certification is preferred.

  • Integration with the Kraken Billing system would be a distinct advantage

  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in S/4HANA Manufacturing or Defence & Security, and ECC6 IS-A&D functionalities, including master data setup, organisation structure, integration and monitoring/tuning performance.

  • Communication and Collaboration: You should collaborate with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with stakeholders, gather requirements, and provide training and support.

  • Analytical Thinking: Ability to analyse complex business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and translate them into 4HANA Manufacturing or Defence & Security solutions.
