Job description

We are looking for an experienced Senior QA Automation Engineer to design, develop, and maintain robust automated testing solutions for our web and mobile applications. You will work closely with developers, product managers, and fellow QA engineers to ensure our software meets the highest standards of quality, performance, and reliability. This role offers the opportunity to influence QA strategy, mentor junior team members, and help shape the future of our automation framework., * Design, develop, and maintain automated test suites using Playwright, C#/.NET, and TypeScript.

  • Create and execute test scenarios, plans, and cases for RESTful APIs and web applications.
  • Perform end-to-end, functional, and regression testing to validate new features and ensure existing functionality remains stable.
  • Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps preferred; GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar also applicable).
  • Analyze and report test results, log defects, and work closely with development teams to drive resolution.
  • Proactively improve test coverage, identify gaps, and recommend process improvements for greater efficiency and reliability.
  • Collaborate in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Mentor junior QA engineers and actively contribute to the growth of the QA community within the company.

Requirements

Do you have experience in TypeScript?, * 5+ years of professional experience in automated testing.

  • Advanced Playwright expertise for cross-browser and cross-platform automation.
  • Proficiency in C#/.NET and TypeScript for automation scripting.
  • Hands-on experience in API testing, E2E testing, and modern test runners.
  • Familiarity with Azure DevOps, Jira, and ReportPortal (or similar tools).
  • Strong understanding of QA best practices and software testing life cycle (STLC).
  • Excellent English communication skills (both written and verbal).

Preferred Qualifications

  • Knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
  • ISTQB or equivalent testing certification.
  • Experience contributing to test architecture design and QA process automation at scale.
