This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a strong background in Systems Engineering to play a key role in ensuring new products meet rigorous performance, safety, and quality standards., * Champion the development and maintenance of core systems engineering processes and capabilities across the organisation.

  • Manage and engage with Systems Models, ensuring consistent generation, control, and linkage of systems artifacts across multiple projects.
  • Collaborate with technical experts to deliver architectural designs for Energy Solution products that meet complex stakeholder needs.
  • Drive the adoption of new technologies and methodologies where beneficial to the business.
  • Create and maintain traceable systems documentation, including User, Product, and System Requirements Specifications.
  • Lead and coordinate system requirement analysis activities such as Use Case analysis, functional analysis, and safety and robustness evaluations.

Requirements

  • A BSc or BEng in a relevant engineering field (e.g. Electrical, Electronic, Control, Automotive, or Aerospace Engineering).
  • 5+ years of experience in Systems or Control Engineering, ideally within electrification or e-mobility technologies.
  • Deep technical expertise in electrification systems, especially Lithium-Ion Batteries, Battery Management Systems, and EV Charging Systems.
  • Familiarity with structured development frameworks like INCOSE or ASPICE.
  • Experience applying Functional Safety and/or Cybersecurity principles.
  • Strong report writing skills with a clear, concise, and organised approach.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build collaborative relationships both internally and externally.
