You develop and are responsible for the test methodology, introduce modern test tools, and drive automation forward. Your tasks:

Responsibility for test management in projects

Independent execution of tests

Creation, documentation, and management of test artifacts

Leadership of external test engineers

Driving test automation and implementing modern approaches

Active support of internal departments regarding methodology and use of tools

Requirements
- Degree in IT or related field; 5+ years in test management.
- Strong knowledge of testing methods and tools like Jira and Selenium.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge business and IT needs., * Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or comparable qualification
- 5+ years of proven experience in test management and test automation
- Solid knowledge of test methods, test processes, and common tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr, Azure DevOps, Selenium, Cypress, leapwork)
- Experience with test automation in complex ERP system landscapes
- Ideally knowledge in CI/CD pipelines, API testing, and cloud environments
- Strong communication skills and ability to connect business and IT
- Hands-on mentality, structured working style, and high initiative
- Very good German and English skills
What would be desirable:
- ISTQB certification or comparable qualification
- Experience in agile projects
- Knowledge in performance and load testing
- Experience in testing ERP systems
- Experience in business analysis and requirements engineering
