• Take responsibility: You will lead a team of 7 and oversee ~15 IT services in a stable, secure, high-performance and future-proof manner
• Shape further development: You not only further develop the services, but also their operation with modern approaches for monitoring, log analysis and efficient platform control
• Promote a service mentality: You shape a team of technical experts into a genuine service organization with clear KPIs and customer centricity

• Control planning: You coordinate our sprint and quarterly planning, prioritize according to business value and ensure that innovation and efficiency become reality

• Leadership experience: You have experience in leading IT teams and a desire to take on responsibility
• Hands-on mentality: You lend a hand when it counts

• Technological understanding: You are familiar with web application servers and databases on Windows and Linux. Knowledge of observability, log analytics, containerization, IaC and CI/CD is an advantage
