We are seeking an experienced SAP WM/EWM, SGAR, and SAP TM Functional Lead to drive excellence in warehouse and transportation process management. In this role, you will act as the key link between logistics operations, DT&IT teams, and external partners-leading digital transformation and ensuring continuous improvement in supply chain execution. ? In this role, you will act as the key link between logistics operations, DT&IT teams, and external partners-leading digital transformation and ensuring continuous improvement in supply chain execution., * Lead and mentor the SAP WM/SGAR (Roca Home made warehouse system) /TM functional team.
- Deliver SAP WM/EWM and TM solutions from design to deployment.
- Serve as the primary escalation point for operational and project issues.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into optimized SAP solutions.
- Oversee daily operational support (incidents, service requests, change requests).
- Ensure SLA compliance and adherence to global standards.
- Drive automation and efficiency initiatives across logistics processes.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, IT, Engineering, or related fields.
- Master's degree preferred.
- SAP EWM/TM certifications and PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certifications are a plus.
? Experience
- 6-10+ years in SAP WM/EWM and/or SAP TM.
- 3-5+ years in team or project leadership roles.
- Experience in 2-3 full lifecycle implementations.
- Background in distribution centers, warehouses, or transportation operations.
- Experience in global SAP environments is highly valued.
? Core Competencies
- Strong technical expertise in SAP WM/EWM and SAP TM.
- Integration knowledge with SAP MM, SD, PP, FI.
- Proven leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- English proficiency at C2 level.
