Job description
With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.
And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

Requirements
- Java developer with more than 3 years experience, who sees writing code and automated (unit, integration, and acceptance) tests, and integrating both into Git daily, as an integral part of your engineering approach.
- Able to translate complex technical solutions into simple-to-understand explanations for less technical audiences in end-user-facing documentation, product reviews, and demos.
- Experience using Kubernetes or Red Hat OpenShift.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
You will enhance and continuously improve our platform capabilities, partnering with engineering and product leaders to turn ideas into clear, actionable concepts. Furthermore, you will boost teams' ability to deliver to production efficiently, support customer success with complex issues, and ensure solutions are well documented, tested, and compliant.
