- Be the first point of contact for customers and deliver a strong first impression.
- Cultivate and expand a portfolio of clients by leveraging your sales expertise.
- Serve as a trusted advisor, guiding businesses in adopting advanced cloud technologies.
- Identify and act on opportunities to drive revenue growth.
- Maximize up-sell and cross-sell opportunities in collaboration with Solution Specialists and Partner Managers.
- Collect and communicate customer feedback to help shape future solutions ("voice of the customer").
Requirements

You're a great match if you:
- Are bilingual or proficient in Dutch and English.
- Have 1-2 years of IT sales experience or account management/customer management experience with a proven track record of success.
- Have experience using Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems such as Dynamics 365 or Salesforce.
It's a plus if you:
- Have experience working with or selling Microsoft Azure, Office 365, or Dynamics 365.
- Hold Microsoft Fundamentals certifications in Azure, Modern Workplace, and/or BizApps.

- Full-time, permanent contract (39h/week) - Monday to Friday, 09:00-18:00.
- Salary: €25,000 gross/year + up to €4,800 gross/year in bonus.
