Job description

As a Pega developer, you will work closely with stakeholders, developers and architects to translate business requirements into end-to-end solutions. Responsibilities:

  • Work on Complex user stories around design and development of Pega applications using Pega Constellation and latest features of Pega Infinity
  • Collaborate with LSA, BA to ensure alignment between Blueprint models and Pega implementations
  • Define Low-level architecture and Low level design patterns for Pega solutions from High level design
  • Ability to lead 2 -3 Developers (CSA Levels)
  • Ensure adherence to Pega best practices and coding standards
  • Participate in all phases of the SDLC including design, development, testing, and deployment
  • Create and maintain technical documentation
  • Troubleshoot and resolve performance issues and bugs

Requirements

Do you have experience in UI?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Pega CSSA Certification is a must have. Pega CLSA Part 1 is an advantage

  • Extensive experience with latest Pega (minimum 8.x) platform, Exposure to Pega Infinity 24.x
  • Knowledge of Blueprint for process modelling and requirement gathering
  • Knowledge in Pega Constellation, Case Management, workflow, and Integration
  • Knowledge of object-oriented programming and design principles
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience with Pega DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
  • Knowledge of Pega DX API and UI/UX best practices
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
