• Coach teams to adopt an agile mindset and become self-organizing.
• Lead workshops to guide teams through various topics such as Story / Feature Writing, Relative Estimation, Agile Fundamentals, Kanban, Scrum.
• Work with other Coaches and Scrum Masters with the intention of building out the coaching competency within AgiliTao.
• Assist with establishing Communities of Practice and developing a culture of Continuous Improvement across our product teams.
• Provide guidance on Agile ceremonies and events.
• Responsible for the day-to-day coaching needed to mature agile teams..
• Pair with change agents at AgiliTao and our clients to enable them to become true Agile champions and create sustaining Agile capabilities.

Active e DV Clearance .

• Strong knowledge of Scrum, Kanban and exposure to Value Stream Mapping, and OKRs
• Kowledge of delivery and planning tools, particularly Jira and Confluence.
• Hands-on experience participating in and leading Scrum events, such as Sprint Planning, Release Planning, and Retrospectives.
• Effectively communicate and develop relationships. Be a strong and influential leader who collaborates naturally with others whatever their level in the organization.
• Demonstrate advanced problem solving skills to improve consistency in areas such as planning, estimating and delivery. This role is mostly on-site, with the potential for one or two days a week remote as and when the work allows.
