Enterprise Architect

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Architect with banking experience to lead the definition of enterprise architecture and service standards across three key value streams. This is a strategic, short-term contract focused on shaping the frameworks, principles, and reference models that will guide future transformation initiatives., * Define architecture and service standards aligned with business strategy and enterprise objectives.

• Undertake Know Your Estate analysis to understand current systems and identify areas for standardisation.
• Develop frameworks for Adaptive Architecture to ensure scalability, flexibility, and reusability.
• Create reference models, guidelines, and documentation to enable consistent adoption across value streams.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure standards meet regulatory, security, and operational requirements.

• Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect in the banking or financial services sector.
• Strong expertise in defining architecture standards, service models, and reference architectures.
• Familiarity with core banking systems, cloud architectures, and integration patterns.
• Experience with frameworks such as TOGAF or ArchiMate.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
