Job description

Support us in the production and development of cutting-edge medical technology solutions that enable people around the world to self-manage diabetes and other chronic diseases. Your main tasks

  • Responsibility for defining, implementing, and continuously developing the cybersecurity strategy
  • Further development of the Information Security Management System (ISMS), including risk and vulnerability management
  • Responsibility for defining and implementing security requirements and specifications
  • Conducting risk assessments and security audits as well as resolving security incidents
  • Designing security awareness measures
  • Supporting the establishment and expansion of knowledge databases, rules and regulations, and process automation
  • Supporting projects and defining measures in the area of information security

Requirements

  • Completed degree with a focus on business informatics or computer science
  • Ideally, an MAS in information security or certification in information security (CISA, CISM, CISSP)
  • In-depth knowledge of the interrelationships between cyber and information security factors
  • Several years of professional experience as a CISO or in a comparable position, preferably in the field of medical technology or in an industrial environment
  • Proven knowledge of the relevant industry standards (ISO 2700x; NIST, etc.)
  • Strong communication skills and professional stakeholder management
  • Strategic thinking and action, a strong sense of responsibility, and the ability to deal with criticism and conflicts
  • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
